Montegemoli is a small characteristic village located between the famous medieval town of Volterra and the sea (35km). A castle reached by a small road adorned with rows of cypresses so typical of Tuscany.
Here, in a truly unique setting, away from traffic, far from noise, pollution and any kind of disturbance we have chosen to build and live a dream home: our Villa Montegemoli.
On a surface of 140sqm distributed on two levels and surrounded by over 4000sqm of private garden you will find two double bedrooms (one has an additional single bed), both bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower and an open study with a French bed ( 1.20 m wide) with an additional bathroom also equipped with a washing machine - dryer.
A large living area with an island cooking area invites you to prepare simple and genuine dishes, perhaps with the exceptional products at km 0 that you can find nearby. Outside, various covered terraces with equipped corners invite to dine out, to relax with a good book, to admire the wonderful view to the sea
